Job Summary: The Facilities Manager is responsible for the function of all systems and operation of 84,000 Sq. Ft. Midway building. The manager is responsible for oversight, operations, and maintenance of all services needed to operate the facility to support the building needs of New Life Community Church and all other building occupants.
The manager is directly responsible for ensuring that all life safety and structural systems are in place
and function in accordance with all regulatory and jurisdictional requirements. Such systems include but are not limited to:
**Electrical**Fire Alarm**Security/Burglar Systems**Heating/HVAC**Façade**Roof**Plumbing** **Sprinkler/Mechanical Systems**All Exterior Structures**Building Structure**Emergency Plans**
The Church Planting Director will focus on helping New Life plant 30 more church locations in Chicagoland by the end of the year 2020. Responsibilities will include recruiting church planters and assessing them, assisting New Life locations in managing launch processes, keeping plans on track, and overcoming obstacles to secure healthy plants.
The Technical Director will support the mission of New Life Community Church by overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the technical ministry in regards to audio, lighting, and video. The Technical Director’s goal is to ensure that Midway services, events, and ministries are able to utilize technology efficiently, effectively, and strategically in order to enhance the experience of those attending.
The Technical Director is responsible for setting the spiritual tone for the technical ministry. Volunteers must be spiritually prepared in addition to technically prepared for their role in this ministry. Technical team members will be required to take an attitude of ownership and responsibility, which must first be demonstrated by the Technical Director. Positive, humble, cooperative, and willing attitudes are essential.
The Music Ministry Director is responsible to provide God-centered, Christ-exalting music that ministers to the church body and is performed with excellence;
and to provide direction, oversight, and coordination of musical, artistic and technical elements of worship services.
